have you checked her ears?
tonsils?
are the adenoids enlarged? Des she have frequent ear infections? Does she snore at night?
Does she do this with everyone or just you and children? it only started within the past few months?
A child this age certainly can learn not to hit and bite an adult or other children- just say STOP IT- and keep her in time out for about 5 minutes- you cannot ignore this.

What have you tried consistently?

Is she really crying all night and all day? If that is really true she needs a doctor to evaluate her or was that just an exaggeration? Maybe it seems like all night and all day.

It sounds as if your Daughter is frustrated, does she have plenty to do during the day, you dont say if you are at home or if she is in Day care, perhaps she needs more positive attention, and set some bounderies for her when she misbehaves, and time outs could work.Make sure she doesnt sleep all day as she wont want to sleep at night, a lot of children in day care, sleep a lot during the day, and then cant sleep at night ,so check that out.also if you care for her at home. Take her for outside walks and get her stimulated as she could be frustrated at not having enough to do, read stories to her and play games, focus on her positive side.
