my 3yr old son

HI..MY SON TURNED 3 IN SEPTEMBER...HE IS CONSTANTLY MOVING WHETHER JUMPING,RUNNING,CLIMBING..STANDING STILL AND SWINGING A TOY...HE STARTED A NURSERY SCHOOL IN APRIL AND IT'S KIND OF STRICT...BUT HE SEEMS TO JUMP AND FLAP HIS ARMS ALONG WITH A CERTAIN FACIAL EXPRESSION WHEN HE'S EXCITIED (SOMETHING HE'S DONE SINCE HE'S ABOUT 2MONTHS OLD...ASIDE FROM THAT HE SPEAKS GREAT HE PLAYS WITH OTHER KIDS WELL.. HE SHOWS DIFFERENT TYPES OF EMOTIONS ACCORDINGLY...I'M NOT SURE WHERE I'M GOING WITH THIS....IN MARCH I TOOK HIM TO THE NEUROLOGIST SHE DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY SHE DID SEE LOOK IN THE FUTURE FOR ADHD IF HIS HYPERACTIVITY  CONTINUES....I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO THINK CAN I PLEASE HAVE AN OPINION

It's great that you too him to the neurologist. Maybe it's time to schedule a 1 year follow up visit since it was in March. Ask if the school could complete a behavior rating scale that could be shared with the neurologist, such as the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist or the Connors Rating Scale. Good luck.

ADHD is very rare and is one of the most over diagnosed of all "syndromes"

I would look at a more relaxed daycare before I ever put a child on drugs.  Look up the side effects now and maybe read the feingold cookbook for hyperactive kids.
