my 4y/o DD

My 4y/o DD has been telling me her 'tu-tu' hurts for about a month. The first 2 days I took her to pediatric and they said hot tropical weather, they have seen alot of 'that' and to use bbpowder or petrolium jelly.
Today she called me from kitchen while she was laying on couch, snack an TV time, and told me it hurts... I asked her where,,she told me so I went to pick her up to go to her room and use bb-powder,,as I lifted her she said 'owie mommy'! I askt her what is wrong? she told me she put cereal in her 'tu-tu'...OMG! I calmly and gently carried her to her room. I inspected the area and didn't  really notice...ya know..i gave her a quick bath w bb saop (mild), and she was fine,,,she said she was putting food in her tummy..I explained that is NOT where food goes but am panic! She said she did before, I noticed her self-discovery sfter a sleep over w her 6y/o cousin..Doctor said discovery is normal but penetration? if it hurts? why?
confused and in shock

I thinkl your gut is telling you or at least you are concerned that some 'play' took place with the older child , and I think it is possible , it may be a good idea not to let her have any sleep overs for the moment, you could mention it to the 6 year olds mom .For the moment keep an eye on her, she could have a bladder infection and would be using the bathroom more .maybe some careful questions about games they played whilst she was visiting her cousin ...good luck
