night crying, rash, cold symptoms,

My 15 mth old daughter has been putting herself  to sleep (in her own crib) for the last 6 to 7 months. She has, in the past, woken up at night talking but has put herself back to sleep.
Two months ago she started crying out in her sleep and then waking up screaming(sometimes unconsolable) plus we noticed excessive night wettings (we now must use plastic pants over her diaper).  We went to the doctor because we noticed a red rash on her leg.  Per the doctor, she had a sore throat (viral) and the rash may have been bug bites and although there were no signs of molar teeth ...that could be the cause of the screaming.   The rash came and went.  A couple weeks later she developed runny nose,  cough, her temp would be normal and then spike to 102.5, ulcers in mouth, still excessive night wettings,  and still the unconsolable crying.  She was admitted to the hospital where they took blood, urine and xrays.  We were told Enterovirus and sent home.  About a week ago,(almost three weeks since hospital discharge) back came the same rash only it spread to both arms and legs (some sites raised red bumps with white head, some just flat red dots.), the cough, the runny nose but no fever. Still excessive night wetting and crying.   We are used to a "happy" baby when we greet her in the morning.  She's not been for two months now although she seems okay during the day.  We know something is bothering her but we are at a loss.

It is pretty clear that your daughter's distress is associated with her illness. This Forum does not address issues of childhood medical disease, but such matters are addressed in the Maternal/Child Health Forum.
