does playing and smearing poop have anything to do with being sexually molested?

It certainly means the child is upset bt something or someone , how old is the child , has she siblings ,how does she get on at school, does she only do this at home ?

    The child behavior forum might be more helpful.  But from what I have read over there - I would say no.
