Can anyone give me any advice. My seven year old son since the day he was born had never done anything for nothing!! he has no concentration span, he doesn't care about anybody else's feelings, he admits that he finds it funny to see people or animals get hurt . He always talks about people dieing and he says he enjoys getting in trouble. I really dont know what to do or where to turn. I have to watch him constantly with his little brothers. If anyone has any advice please let me know. thanks
Have you ever had him evaluated? It would be wise to do so. While I do not want to be critical, the tone of your comments is pretty angry, particularly the second sentence. Do you think your affection for him has lessened over the years? It might be that you could benefit from some counseling about your relationship with him and how this might be having an impact on his behavior.
