uncontrolled anger

my daughter is going through a divorce and custody battle between her father and i and right now she is forced to live with her father and he is withholding her from her mother and using not seeing her mother as punishment for not cleaning her room. he has also told the child who is ten years old he wisher her mother would just die and calls her stupid and sick in the head to the child. this child took sissors after the father called the mother names to the child and cut his sheets, his jeans and couch. she said she was so upset she couldnt control herself. is this a sign of worse to come?

there is a guardian ad litem who is on this case, it is a small town where the judge is fishing buddies with the fathers' lawyer, the guardian ad litem has a personal relationship with the fathers' lawyer, the mothers' lawyer is from out of town and having a hard time getting the guardian changed, so they had to request a jury trial. it is a pretty sad affair when this woman is fighting family money and political friendships, there seems to be no way out for her but she is trusting God to make it right and to protect the child through all of this what is sad the child no longer plays, she watches the clock when she is with the mother because the dad said if she came home one minute late she would never see her mom again. im sure there are worse things throughout this world but these two females need a guardian angel

Whether or not the behavior is a sign of worse to come, the entire situation is worrisome. The conflcit between you and her father is sure to continue to promote distress. It would be sensible to ask the court to appoint a guardian ad liem to guide the court about what will be in the best interests of your daughter.
