views of young kids and animals

Worked with many peole with Autism(mostly young adults) My grandson has aspergers. He is 10 yrs. old. My question is, as he gets older how will he be with animals? There are no signs at this time, but I have concerns as he get older.

There is no way to guide you ni this regard. Youngsters who display AD are not unifirm in their presentation - there is a wide spectrum. On the face of it, a diagnosis of AD would not by itself invite concern about interacting with animals.
