vomiting habit

hi!  i am a mother of a 3yr old boy. my boy has a very good appetite but i cannot say also that i overfed him.  my problem is that he can easily throw up in any time of the day, cases like, when he cries, he sees food and likes to eat, when he is afraid of something, or any other reasons which i really don't know why he can easily vomits.  it makes me feel so sad since it has become a habit already.  may i know how can i let him overcome this one? is there really kids with this one of a kind habit?  his pedia said he is alright but i dont think this is normal.

Is it getting him attention I would imagine it is , so it may be a good idea to ignore the habit, sometimes children do things to get attention, so focus on his positive side not the negative, praise him when you see him doing something right.You have seen the doctor who has checked him out , next time he seems like he is going to throw up, walk away and do not feed into the issue once it doesn't get attention it may go away ...good luck
