Is my 15 year old daughter considered "healthy"?

She wakes up at 6:30, cleans her room, eats breakfast, then  goes out to the garage and  walks "briskly" for 20 minutes.  At around 10 am she eats a mid-morning snack, then she eats lunch at 12:45. My daughter usually has a snack at 3:30, then eats dinner at 5:30 or 6 pm. On days that she doesn't have dance, she goes and works out at approximately 7 pm for thirty minutes(15 walking and 15 running). She also does these weight exercises,crunches, push ups, and stretches before and after her workout  When she comes in, she has a bowl of Kashi cereal. She usually goes to bed anywhere from 10-11:30 pm. My daughter does this routine 5 days a week, except for the workout at night, that she does 4 nights a week. Is she overdoing it? Or is she considered "healthy"? Is she at a healthy weight for her height?

This is a typical meal plan for her:
Breakfast- Plain Non-Instant Oatmeal, Fresh Blueberries, Whole Wheat Toast, and Orange Juice
Snack-Celery with soy butter
Lunch- Turkey Wrap, Grapes, Fresh Veggies, and an Organic Soy Pudding
Snack: Protein Smoothie
Dinner-Spaghetti, Spinach Salad, and a piece of homemade whole wheat garlic bread
Snack- A Bowl of Kashi Cereal(after she works out)

Her weight is below the 5th percentile and her height is between the 10-25th percentile for her age which indicates she is underweight. At her age she should be 95-105lbs. to be in the above 10th percentile for her age. She does eat healthy, however, she needs approximately 2000-2200 calories daily for her age to grow. She is in puberty and in a growing stage. Suggest either she drinks more protein shakes a day (2-3) or decrease the exercise to help her gain weight. Thank you for your question.
