Seems she has milk allergy..how do I compensate?

Hi mommies...

My 3 yr old daughter is just not fond of milk...she's been going to school since she was exactly 2. Otherwise she's not a bad eater as such...but when it comes to milk!!! No plans seem to work and I am really worried now having tried different ideas and milk recipes but none worked.
She doesn't take bottle except once in morning around 7...that too bcos she takes toooo long to have milk in mug or sipper and morning hours are too busy for me being working and also that she has to go to school too. But since last 2 mths or so she doesnt even take in complete milk from the bottle. In a whole day, she takes total of say 3/4th of a steel glass of milk.

I tried custard .... kheer ....sevian....different sippies...mugs...bournvita...tea milk....paediasure... nothing worked. SHe likes curd but that then doesnt suit her throat much and she is too vulnerable to throat infections..too much....Goes on antibiotic average every 20 days (

SHe likes paneer but again at times she gets bored of it too. I have always been conscious of her eating habits and health...more so over because I myself am a medico and because she has always been too vulnerable to throat infections. But now seems I need experienced mommy's guidance. Me, my hubby, parents from both sides...all have tried their ways and ideas but all in vain and I feel a baby of this age needs to have much more of milk or milk products.

Plz suggest.

SUpriya.

Her weight is on the 75th percentile and her height is on the 50th percentile which indicates she is normal for her age. If she was lactose intolerant, she would have bloating and very loose/frequent stools. Here are some more suggestions to increase her calcium sources: Give her yogurt, yogurt smoothies (yogurt, fruit, and ice cream blended), all types of cheeses, ice cream, puddings, put cheese on vegetables or make them with heavy cream sauce. Mix yogurt into fruit and have snack cheese sticks. Make pasta and cheese or add cheese to rice and beans. Some children will accept whole milk if you add chocolate or strawberry flavor mix to it. Hoped this helped you.

Just to point out, My husband has been lately diagnosed of milk allergy and had suffered badly for 2yrs+ and since those few months we have been noticing DD's reactions and willingness towards milk and milk products. I fear she too has lactose intolerance. Kindly guide me that if I happen to stop her plain milk...what all items and in what quanity can I serve her to meet her calcium needs.

SHe would be going to formal school this April onwards. I tried to give some milk product preparations to her in the morning as I make her ready for school, of course I had not given her the morning bottle last 2-3 days as else her tummy would have been full enough to have anything else...but  :-( she hardly ate anything these 2 mornings...
