3 months old refusing to eat -- What should I do?

For the past two days, my 3 months old daughter has been refusing to drink milk.  Normally, she could drink 3 oz at 3 to 4 hours interval.  But now, the moment we put the nipple into her mouth, she screams and cries.  She doesn't have fever or elevated temperature, and is active.  Once in a while, we succeed in tricking her to drink the milk while she was sleeping.  She is currently only drinking about 10 oz a day.  Is this something that I should be concern with?

I have the same problem with my daughter. I posted a similar question awhile ago. She has been literally refusing to eat since she was 2 months old (she is now 4 months old). I have taken her to every doctor on this planet and came out with NOTHING. She was treated for acid reflux and it did not seem to help. I am so frustrated that no doctor can figure out what's going on. I have been feeding her when she is asleep. Recently I started her on rice cereal and some veggies (carrots and sweet potatoes) and she seems to take the spoon a lot better. If you need more ideas etc. send me an email and I can help you with it. I sort of became an expert on the topic :). I feel your pain!

Recommend you have her be seen by her MD. This is not normal for a 3 month old to be refusing formula. It is usually a medical issue behind the behavior because they cannot verbalize their pain.
