What is the best therapeutic strategy for a 3yr old with Oral Aversion?

I am a doctor in the Philippines. I have 3 y/o son who had a Seizure Disorder when he was 6months old which eventually resolved when he was 2 y/o. He also has Global Developmental Delay and has Sensory Integration Dysfunction and Oral Aversion is a major problem. He only drinks milk mixed with infant cereal using his baby bottle and would not take anything else in his mouth. He has been undergoing Occupational And Physical Therapy since  5months old but with very little improvement in feeding. HIs motor and speech is catching up but feeding is still a big problem. We have tried desensitization and we were able to feed him pureed cereals and fruits when he was younger but now that he is much stronger and has more purposeful movements, he is able to move his head away from the spoon, brush our hands aside and even thow away the spoon and bowl when we attempt to feed him by mouth. What can you suggest?

I am sorry, his weight is between 25-50th percentile for his age and not below the 3rd percentile. He is normal for his age. I still recommend the Pediasure and the food suggestions.

His weight is below 3rd percentile and his height is between the 25-50th percentile for his age. Suggest Pediasure in his bottle instead of milk for additional calories and protein. Maybe even pureeing all his food together and try putting it in the bottle to feed him if that is the only method he will consume food at this point so that he gets nutrients to grow. Suggest going back to OT for additional feeding therapy to learn to swallow and chew if they are able to do that with him. Hoped this helped you.
