Why does my son keep throwing up

I have a 6 yr old that keeps throwing up all day yesterday and hasn't ate nothing yesterday but did have milk and he is developmentally delayed and speech impaired and has been coughing for atleast 6 months or longer but just started throwing up and need some advice please.
The last three times I gave him milk he said his stomach hurt but nothing really happen and then yesterday he started throwing up and hasn't quick for almost two days now.

Sorry to hear your baby going thru that. Have him checked for Chiari Malformation. You need a good nuerosurgeon for this and MRI done.  Good luck and god bless . Pray he feels better.

Suggest bringing him to your MD to be checked due to the coughing for a long time and now the vomitting.
