could symptoms listed below possibly be childhood diabetes?

My Daughter Grace is a beautiful vibrant 33 month old with anaphalax to dairy/strawberries. She was diagnosised at 9 months of age after anaplactic shock episode. She did not get sick until 9 months of age besides common sinus allergies. After her reaction Grace began to get sick with 10+ ear/sinus infections, unexplainable episodes of projectile vomiting, constant pain in her throat, asthma, irriatablity, fussiness, mood swings, frequent urination. When she turned 2 she seemed to be getting better besides behavioral. So we had he evaluated and she is now in home therapy for atypical social/emotional development issues. She is fully verbal and potty trained. Very intuitive and was cognitivly scored at the abilities of a 4 year old. After being recently concerned about her nutrition I told our service coordinator and she set up an evaluation with a dietician because gracie again is having frequent episodes of projectile vomiting, Frequent urination 21+ x's a day, very very irritable, mood swings, fatique, bad sleeping habits and some days she eats very little and some days she cannot stop eating. She drinks a drink every hour, she is constantly thirsty and not relieved unless she has fluid.
Her birthweight was 9lbs 0.75 ounces 19'' long she was full term. At birth she had low blood sugar for 36 hours and at her well checks they were checked as well and were low but not alarmingly low. By 6 months they stopped checking and we have not spoken any more about it.

Her weight is between the 90-95th percentile and her height is just above the 75th percentile for her age which indicates she is normal and not overweight. From the symptoms you stated suggest you have her checked and tested by her MD to see what is wrong.

From what I wrote do you think that is normal or abnormal?  Is her weight "over weight"?

If you are concerned about diabetes, then have her Doctor test her.
