Pain in lower left back, bottom, and groin.

About two months ago, I started a fitness boot camp.   I could not define a point of injury, but started feeling pain in the lower left side of my back.  I went to my doctor and she thought it might be kidneys or ovarian problems.  Blood tests came back great.  I've now had three chiropractic adjustments and am feeling no real relief.  My Dr. prescribed Medrol which I finished taking over a week ago.  I have also been taking Vicodin and Flexeril.  The Vicodin seems to be constipating me (bonus).   The pain intensifies when I wake up and try to get out of bed, but it is not isolated and remains constant throughout the day.  I've tried ice packs and heating pads.  I haveHave had this for about 6 weeks.  Just wondering if anyone can give me advice or a magic cure.   I stopped boot camp two weeks ago.

I can't offer you a magic cure, but you may have some muscular imbalance causing the discomfort you've described. Check out a book on Amazon called Foundation Exercises. It might do the trick...
