neck pain

I've been having the following symptoms for about 3 weeks now they only get really intense on days of work that are harder than normal ( more lifting etc.) but my neck is ALWAYS stiff.

1. Neck pain moving up into the head.
2. slight Hand tremor (when my adrenaline gets to going)
3. eyes seem to wobble when concentrating after lifting.
3a. pain behind the eyes.
4. neck weakness (hard to hold my head up)

what could this be?

Hi NewJ,

If you have DDD or a herniated disc, you may want to look into a treatment called Vax-D.  I know a lot of chiropractic offices offer it now.  It's non-surgical, and has a high success rate.  There's tons of info on the internet about it.

Good luck to you!

Your symptoms aren't really those of a disc herniation.

It's more likely disc degeneration secondary to mechanical misalignment. You're 22 - the sooner you address this, the easier it is to correct.

i havent did anything that i've known about.. i mean i do some lifiting on things that i shouldnt prolly do alone. nothings ever popped real loud that i can think of. .. but when i do a slow circle rotation with my neck (like neck stretches) i can feel it pop and grind real hard. doesnt hurt. but can just feel it.

im only 22. and do retail work. so im afraid i;ve slipped a disk or something.

Have you suffered any sort of head/neck trauma recently? Perhaps a fall, a bump on the head, auto injury, or even getting knocked unconscious?

It could be structural misalignment applying pressure or causing nerve irritation, weakening muscles and tightening others.
