I have osteoarthritis  in my neck moderate and mild in lower back. Can and adjusment help? will they even do an adjustment  me? i seem to be losing sensativity in my legs but dont know if iy du to oa in back nad neck.any help would be great. thank you.

I've never been opposed to people using inversion tables. They can be beneficial in some cases.

I have personal experience using a pretty good one from Amazon. It's reasonably priced and very sturdy. Just be careful that you observe the weight limitations if you buy one.
