Gosh, that worked fast and pretty amazingly!  Wish it hadn't worked 'quite' so well.  You are right on the cusp of  with a total cholesterol of 119.

when it is too low: Your ideal total cholesterol level should be around 150. Your LDL levels should be around 100 mg/dL. This range helps put you at a low risk of heart disease. But     Less than 120 mg/dL total cholesterol or an LDL level less than 50 mg/dL is very low.

However, this article from Harvard Health states there are no real dangers from too low of cholesterol. https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/ldl-cholesterol-how-low-can-you-safely-go-2020012018638 (copy and paste).

What does your doctor say about it?

Doctor says to continue Rosvin F for further one month
Follow your doctor's instructions!  From what I read, there shouldn't be any repercussions health wise for your numbers and you cholesterol was really high before!  That's my opinion
