I'm a person in which exercise DOES help a lot. In essence, my cholesterol numbers inch up when I don't exercise and come back down when I do. We've seen it on labs. When my HDL is higher, I'm exercising and this improves my whole picture.
This is not the case for everyone though. My husband's is not affected.
