Hello and welcome to the forum. There are lots of good food choices that help maintain appropriate cholesterol levels or even to lower them.  The top food on most any list is simply oats or oatmeal.  Then things like bran, fish with omega 3 fatty acids, nuts and especially almonds, avocados, olive oil, etc.  Here is explanation and ideas for each.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/high-blood-cholesterol/in-depth/cholesterol/art-20045192  There are also foods to avoid. This article has both, foods to enjoy for lower cholesterol and those to be avoided.  https://www.webmd.com/cholesterol-management/heart-health-foods-to-buy-foods-to-avoid#1  It pains me to say that bacon is the number one thing on the list to avoid.  Best of health to you.
