Low LDL/HDL ratio - should I be concerned?

I recently received biometric results indicating that a couple of markers were well below the normal. Should I be concerned and if so, what are the recommended next steps?  My Results are as follows:
Creatinine 12.6. Normal range is 27.0 - 260.0
LDL 69. Normal range is 103 - 190
LDL/HDL ratio is 1.16  normal range is 1.45 - 5.75

Hi my HDL is 60 and my LDL is 69.  The LDL/HDL ratio is 1.16

The other item that was low in my biometric result was the urine creatinine.  It was measured at 12.6 whereas the healthy range is 27.0 - 260.0.

Appreciate any insights you may have.  Thanks so much!
