What are natural Statins?

First, let's clear up something. Statins are a class of drugs created by chemically combining molecules to reduce the production of LDL in the liver. So, technically, there are no such thing as "natural" Statins.

With that said, there are supplements on the market that with a change in diet can help you reduce your LDL. Or, you could just change your diet from a meat based diet to a plant based diet. I'm not saying go "vegan", I'm just saying reduce the amount of red meat and foods produced with animal fats (deli meats) and substitute baked/grilled/poached fish and chicken along with more vegetables into your diet.
