Another CFS Patient Here, Help Please :(

I will try and keep this as short as possible.

Ive been suffering from assumed CFS for about 2 years now. And there has been nothing that's made it better. I have extreme fatigue throughout the day every day.

Tests performed that are normal: Tsh, Cbc, Cmp, Vitamins, Sleep Apnea, MRI(of head), Xray of Neck, Stress test

My symptoms include left upper quadrant pain that comes and goes but is usually constant & Fatigue

Please help, any advice would be beneficial

Thank you for your reply, I just got a chest x-ray done, waiting for the results.

I have an additional question. I have been suffering from hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) from my underarms for which i get botox for and it eliminates the sweating problem. I was wondering If the botox injections can cause CFS like syndrome? I have been getting them for years now and the CFS symptoms also started around the same time..

If so, how do i get the botox out of my body?

Thanks!

Hi!
Upper left quadrant pain with constant fatigue and normal blood tests can be due to severe acidity with H pylori infection. This can be diagnosed by carbon urea breath test or endoscopy. Other possibility is a spleen infection. It can also be Crohn’s disease.
Postviral fatigue syndrome is another possibility. Persisting EBV infection or mono can also be the cause. If all these are ruled out then yes, it could be chronic fatigue syndrome.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
