You likely have thyroid hormone conversion issues from T4 to T3.
All your symptoms could be explained by low thyroid function.
Your sudden fast weight loss is of concern, since it indicates a rather serious organ or body system involvement (proper thyroid function is necessary for maintenance, repairs and healing of the cells) possibly attributed to un-regulated low thyroid function.
Please ask for free T3, freeT4 and reverse T3 all together!
If your reverse T3 is high, it means that your T4 is converting to reverse T3, thus reducing further your free T3, which is the available thyroid hormone your body can use.
If your doctor does not agree, get a doctor who will listen to you!
Your life is going to be ruined, if what I suspect is indeed the case and your doctor does not co-operate to get it resolved!
Feel free to post again or message me directly, if you have any questions or to give an update.
Best wishes,
Niko

Try alternative medicine NAET and/or BRT,  body restoration technique with a chiropractor that does applied kenisology,  AK technique.

Both of these methods are a higher level of accupunture without NEEDLES.

Because these methods are NON invasive. These methods help the body build tolerance and improved immune system.

I have used for over 10 years with EXTREMELY good results  for issues such as rashes, viruses, bacteria, lung and cough, blood sugar, inflammation, arthritis, metals, thyroid, CELIAC disease, metals, exposure to pesticides, pain In joints,  etc.

I know others that used for lyme disease,  headache. Liver and gallbladder issues,  fatigue  etc.

Give it a fair chance. A year you will see improved results.

Good luck
