Have I given myself CFS?

It all started 6 weeks ago. I thought I had contracted an STD, (recent tests show I'm negative) and have been plagued by CONSTANT anxiety and panic attacks all day, everyday for the last 6 week's. But ever since my very first attack, I've had such crippling fatigue and muscle weakness. As well as on and off chest pain, sore throat, and confusion. I thought it was a symptom of STD infection, which fueled an endless cycle of anxiety and attacks. I wake up exhausted, and have no energy throughout the entire day. At some points during the day I crash harder than others. It feels like an adrenaline rush going through my body, but instead of an energy rush it feels like a DRAINING rush. It's very weird and worrisome . Is this CFS?

It sounds like symptoms of anxiety to me (having had both chronic fatigue syndrome and anxiety - although everyone is different and I know things can present differently). Regardless of what it is, I think the anxiety is the first thing I'd address and try to treat, and then I'd go from there depending on how much improvement you note once your anxiety is more controlled.  Anxiety is exhausting and extremely draining in my experience, so I could totally see that being the case!
