Low blood test counts?

I have a long history of chronic fatigue. A recent blood test shows:

RBC                    3.91  L (4.50 - 5.30) M/uL
HEMOGLOBIN 12.2    L (13.2 - 17.5) gm/dl
HEMOCRIT      36.1    L (40.0 - 53.0) %

Myelodysplastic Syndrome runs in my family...do these numbers indicate anemia?

some people with CFS are known to have low blood VOLUME which can only be tested in a specialised lab. SOmeone who had CFS told me he took blood volume increasing pills and it helped him a lot. But only a Dr can keep an eye on this kind of problem. In the UK you wont get it unless you went private. you dont say what your symptoms are however.
