Simple lack of energy (slower recovery from even the most basic exercise) followed by foggy head and forgetfulness, inability to sleep despite massive desire to - always, then muscular pain previously not experienced.

Hi,
CFS is very difficult to know. Though it is a slow killer, it pumps out energy from your body. The mordern medicines involve managing with SSRI. I suffer from depression and CFS and my psychiatrist had prescribed me with SSRI. Though it cannot be completely eradicated but can be managed.

Chronic fatigue symptoms are:
Feeling of weakness, Fatigue, lack of concentration, Inability to do work, Lack of interest, Too much myalgia which does not even go if we take painkillers, persistent body pain, feeling of restlessness, Inability to sleep during night, loss of appetite etc. If you seem to have any of these symptoms, then immediately contact a psychiatrist.
