constantly fatigued. high thyroid levels. next?

i am 35 year male and was feeling fatigued, weakness, fast heartbeat, sweating, itching and increased appetite so i performed thyroid tests after looking online and found increased T3 total (3.78) decreased TSH (.01) and normal T4. should i go for glucose test as i have increased urge for sweets and feel heavy lower legs. or should i start treatment for hyperthoiroidism as i found online. or in case i should see a doctor which physician should i visit
