COPD ???

Here are my spirometry results
FVC 120%
FEV1 133%
FEV/FVC  pred 76 actual 84.   I guess that's 111%
FEF 25-75% 152%
PEF 127%
Had an x ray that showed some inflammation
GP said chronic bronchitis ??
I am 37 years old ex smoker
Do I have lung damage ???

The PFT measurements are in upper section of normal limits.  Enough lung power for you to live 100 years or more.  With these results, you’re very unlikely to have any clinically significant lung damage from your years of smoking.  As for the X-ray, “inflammation” and the diagnosis of chronic bronchitis are not made by the appearance of X-ray changes.

Great that you quit smoking.  Don’t ever smoke again.
