test results

Hi ,i'm 54 female and have systemic sclerosis sine scleroderma. My lungs have been attacked (autoimmune). I have no illusions, I am not doing well. My question is 2 weeks ago I had a LFT done. It was not good.
My fev1 was .actual .87 pred. 2.62 % pred.33 . I decided to look back at a test I had done 4 years ago. This is the part I don't quite get.
The test don't go by actual it goes by LLN. My results then were %24 pred 2.54 LLN 1.98.
I don't have a pulm appt for 3 months so I thought I'd see if anyone knows. From what I see itlooks like my last test was9% better then my first test. But not understanding actual from LLN I am only guessing. Any thoughts? Thanks

LLN stands for Lower Limits of (predicted) Normal.  I’m sorry but I can’t interpret the results as presented in your post; that is, the way the values are expressed.  Given that, I am not even sure that the two sets of results are comparable.

You might wish to re-send the results, exactly as they appear on the final report.
