Do I Have Emphysema Do not know how to read PFT

Would be thankful for help,   I'm new here.  I am 50 years old and smoked for 35 years.  Had a CT and it show emphysema.  Had a PFT but my Consultant was not very helpful.  Could someone please help me understand my PFT results and do I have emphysema and what stage.  The PFT reads as follows:
