I too have had no side effects that were noteworthy. I don't think they are any different than the regular flu shot as far as the list of possible adverse effects goes.

I have severe COPD with Sarcoidosis.  I answered this question on another post, so I'll just give you the same answer in case you don't see the answer I gave them.
I got my H1N1 vaccine 2 weeks ago and have had no symtoms from it.  I just got my regular flu shot this past Thursday.  I think the only thing I got from that one was a very sore arm.   I have been having a exacerbation of my COPD these last couple months, but feel strongly that neither shot affected me either way... good or bad.  Hope this helps.
