Mild Pulmonary Hypertension

Hello Dr. i have done recently heat echo and stress test part of my health check up that i do every three years . Both came normal except for the estimated RVSP that was 40mmgh and the note at my report of  Mild Pulmonary Hypertension. I am very worried as i am healthy 36 years old man without any physical symptoms. Pls advise what should i do?  NB : my last echo was done 3 years back at RVSP 23mmgh . What can i do to reduce again the pressure? Is my case serious!!!  I was very scared aftrr googling pulmonary hypertension.
