85% sat isn't good. There are many factors that can affect an O2 sat. I recommend that she see a pulmonologist and request a sleep study & pulmonary function testing. If she is having an acute exacerbation call 911.

thanks for asking the day time readings is better then the night and now most of the time remains 90 and over.
