Hi. Went to respiratory disorders expert forum and got this answer from National Jewish...doctor: (You can type in the conditions in the upper box above the community name to take you there directly as well) and this is what they said:
"This is thickening of the lung lining at the top portion of both lungs. It may also be called apical "capping". It is thought to be due to inflammation or swelling that happened in the distant past. Generally it doesn�t cause problems. "
