Hi I think if you were to go to a pharmacy near a hospital you might be able to obtain from there.
I don't know your situation but I read some place that this drug is being reserved for people with terminal diseases, i.e. cancer.
I can't remember where I read this so I could be wrong, I hope I am.

Hi. Sorry your in pain. I too suffer from chronic pain (End Stage Liver Disease). Personally, I stopped all the Narcotics they were giving me. I would think a good Pharmacy or a Pain Clinic would order them for you. The generic is Oral Transmucosal Fentanyl Citrate (OTFC) and the trademark name is Actiq®, manufactured by Cephalon. I would also check to see if your insurance covers them.
