Hello, I have cirrohsos with body pain. What pain meds work. Tylenol does not.

Unfortunately, pain management is problematic for those with cirrhosis as most common OTC pain meds in the NSAID catagory increase the risk of bleeding. You should contact your hepatologist’s office and ask this question.

I am assuming you are under the care of a doctor associated with a liver transplant center.

Those of us with cirrhosis should discuss any med we are considering with our doctors.
