Hi I'm 20 years old unfortunately I have been taking tobacco since 6 years.

Now I'm suffering from neck pain exactly at the base of my trachea sometimes I also feel mild pain near my ears and a unilateral pain in the neck I'm worried is this the beginning of throat cancer?

Maybe it can be the beginning of throat cancer, I will suggest you to visit your nearby oncologist and get all the tests related to it and be on a safer side and I'll advise you to quit smoking.
