Might be cancer?

Hello i am a 19 year old male height 6 foot and weigh 70 kilograms (fast metabolism) i am quite muscular for my build however i have noticed a pea sized lump on my middle right ab muscle. Its painless doesnt seem to move and it is as if it is attached to my muscle however when i touch it i can barely feel anything just feels solid due to my abs, and to be honest ive had it for a while and it doesnt seem to have grown maybe a tiny bit? I called the doctors, they turned me down because of my age and location of the lump they do not think its cancerous and told me to call back if it grows larger then a inch or two i think this is bs and shouldve took me in for a appointment anyway but the health care system is f’d here i would love to show a picture but cannot upload one. I can only see the lump if i tense my muscles any questions to may help you have a idea of what it is please ask
