What is wrong with me?

I've been getting bad headaches all week long, and I thought "oh, it's probably just me needed caffeine or rest" but last night I woke up and my temperature was at 101.7 degrees.

This was probably the worst fever I have ever had due to the fact that my head was in excrusiating pain to where I couldn't fall asleep for more than 30 minutes and I threw up three times.

After going from 101.7 to 99.6 to 102.something back down to 98.5, my throat started hurting very bad. I could barely swallow my chicken burrito from Taco Bell (which usually isn't a problem) and drinking liquids is hard for me as well. I thought my throat was just dry or sore from the acidity from my stomach, but I looked at it in the mirror anyway. My left tonsil is very swollen along with my lymph nodes and the back of my throat. I also noticed these white head (as in pimple) looking things right behind my uvula.

Is this tonsilitis? Or am I just overreacting?

Thanks!
