feel cold n headache

Hi... From some days i m feeling headache on my right side n then i start feeling cold. My right side ear also pains from inside. My hand becomes cold...from last one week i m taking paracetemel. But it stops for 4 to 5 hours and then same thing starts again. Plz recommend me what to do its a request

as far as I can find,  paracetamol is only for reducing pain - it is not antibiotic.
   If you can, please go to a doctor.   In the meantime, take a decongestant to reduce pressure in the ears, and  use a small amount of garlic oil to try to reduce or prevent infection.

I would advise you to see your doctor.
It does sound as you have either a viral or bacterial infection.  
Your ear needs to be examined to see it that is infected so that the appropriate medication can be prescribed.
