frequent cold

respected doctor,
i am 19yrs old and i am experiencing frequent colds past few months...the cold begins with irritation in my nostrils leading to sneezing and then cold...the cold lasts 6-7 dayz..n it then again comes back in 3-4 weeks...i think i have a weak immune system since i had a little premature birth..also dis has increased since i shifted to my hostel last year..could dis be an allergy??
what should i do to avoid developing it into a chronic disease...

dear sir in the cold weather and in the night when i sellp my back bone get cold due to this in the middle of the back get pain in the morning ( Not daily) when i brush and spit  few time i seem blood in the spit either it remains few times and very very few amount  . It is happening past 10-12 years . Either my xray blood report and back bone xray is normal waht is the reson

Frequent cold caused weaken immune system.The essential method is improves your immune system, so you can well enought prevent  cold.
Enhance outdoor exercise to improve immune system.
If body supply  abundant nutrient, it will enhance greatly for immune.
A lot of people take medicine when have cold , they think the cold will cure through  take medicine, the most important is improve immune system

any one having problem of cold i always says them to prefer 'tulsi'.......every morning u take 2 tulsi leafs with honey,it improves ur immune system.........
