why do i feel light headed? It feels like my head is all fuzzy. I think I might have a little bit of a head cold.
Hello I agree the head cold could be the problem. With a head cold your sinuses being obstructed by mucus can cause the fuzzy, light headed feeling. Also head aches, dry, swollen eyes etc.
I agree with the other comments that an inner ear infection or stress can also be the problem. If the symptoms continue after the cold is gone or you have additional symptoms notify your doctor. Also make sure you avoid bending over as much as possible, don't drive if dizzy, and use caution when going from laying or sitting to standing because you could pass out.

A head cold is a definate possibility, but you may also want to get checked for an inner ear infection. That could give you the same feeling and also make you feel off balance
