throat.

So, i have an itchy throat, loaded with phlegm, and ear ache, what could it be?

it can be a virus, but it can also be allergic.  especially if it itches.

stop smoking!  that makes many people get colds and allergies.

yeah haha today there was yellow sometimes green chunks in it, it was disgusting. its kind of feeling a little better now, i just hope when i try and drink something it doesnt burn like the cough medicine did when i attempted to take that earlier this morning. Not happening agian. no way, it burnt really bad

haha i know it's hard but the only way to get rid of the phlegm is if you stop smoking at least for a little while. Give it 4 days to go out, you will not believe the stuff that comes out. Yuck

thanks. i drank orange drink last night, and it did get worse so i wont be drinking that at all. Gatorade?  Yeah, i tried to quit smoking just this week, and i was doing okay but then i started smoking agian saturday night, and this came back. ew!

assuming you don't have a fever or body aches you probably have a cold, thats why you have phlegm and an itchy throat. As for your ears aching its because you have phlegm congested in your system. take a lozenge every 6-7 hours, drink lots of fluids but don't drink orange juice though because it'll make your throat itchier only take vitamin c when you feel like your going to get the flu or a cold or when everybody around you is sick. Oh yeah and stay away from the dairies it'll make your phlegm thicker. Don't take panadols or advils, take it only when you need it. If it lasts more than 2-3 weeks go see a doctor and if you smoke butt out.
