why am i not able to talk clearly?

Hi i m 17 years old girl and i am facing  problem in talking... My throat starts paining while talking  and my tongue and lips are have bcome weak due to which i m not able to chew properly  and my voice have changed... For 5-10 mins i sound clear but after some time i start sounding nasal and i am really frustrated bcus of this thing... Please help me out... I m not able to squeeze my lips also

You need to consult a doctor now. Its seems like facial paralysis to me.

Maybe its mind over matter... Have you practice yourself talking maybe it will help

I try to divert my mind from this thing but i guess that's not the issue.. Bcus when i talk my soft palate is not lifted and i sound nasal... And i have weak tongue ...my face muscles ard also little weak so when i talk i don't open my mouth much.... How should i get over all this things?

I think your confidence is low. You must stay relaxed while talking and feel free to speak as long as you believe in yourself. You can pause before speaking, think on what you want to convey to other person without having thoughts of low self esteem or thoughts about how the other person may respond to what you say. Just be yourself. Word selection is important but to speak smooth and naturally you need to keep on talking. Believe in yourself. There are people who wish they could talk but they were born dumb, so God has given you an ability, make best use of it. Silence is golden. But speaking the beauty, inspiration positive is priceless. Words carry more weight than voice.
