Do you know what i can take to get rid of a cold I been having it for almost a week with a cough runny nose bit of fever

I was able to take Sudafed during my pregnancy for colds, check with your doctor tho. It should help. You can also use a saline solution to help with your runny nose too. For your cough I was able to take Robitussin DM. Maybe go to your primary doctor to make sure you don't need antibiotics. Good luck!

Thanks....I do eat a lot of fruit and veggies but still can't get rid of it I only had the fever one day

Eat plenty of  fruits and vegetables like oranges, strawberries, cherries, and apple's.  Broccoli packs a punch against colds and spinach too!  Be sure to get check by you doctor for the fever though! Tylenol products work good too, but no PM formulas.
