Can someone help me ? I am in search of insight. Please enlighten me if you can.

Between Feb.28th and March 11th 2018 I had several sexual encounters with female workers. I am a heterosexual man and all these encounters included women. I never inserted vaginally without a condom and condoms stayed intact for each encounter. My concern is that I received oral sex several times without a condom.

While in flight on airplane March 12th, 2018 I noticed my shin area started aching and burning along with general sick feeling. I had diarrhea aboard the plane and developed body aches all over. I was nauseated and vomited as well.

I wanted to believe that the Chocolate chop cookies caused the diarrhea but that's not the case. And though I had been in an air conditioned room during my stay, I wanted to attribute all of the times I took shower and stepped out into the cold room and then outside to the sickness I  was experiencing. The plane also contributed because the air was blowing directly on me.

Now here's the rough part. Once I landed I began to take vitamin c and orange juice to combat the cold. Later that day I discovered my temperature was 100.0. I rarely run fevers. I was alarmed. I it the fever down but nevertheless even this day may 16th the fever comes and goes. The highest I've seen it thusfar has been 100.8

I went to the hospital. Long story short they said it was gastroenteritis. They cleared me from any bacterial infections and advised this would clear in a few days. I see no sign of that occurring.

I beyond scared. My test results revealed that I have low lymphocytes and neutrophils are normal along with elevated monocytes. My wbc count is in the normal range but it also climbed more than 2 points since my last visit a little over a month ago. My globulin serum is also elevated and my albumin globulin ratio serum is low. Everything I've read about the last few things are not good at all.

Based on your knowledge and expertise is there any definitive information you can provide. Or please help me register what may be happening to me.

I feel the worse. I have fallen bad before but I never ran fever. That's what scares me. This has been 5 days now. The diarrhea has stopped bit all other symptoms persist. Please anything you can provide as far as insight is appreciated. Might I add that whatever organ is in the left lower quality drant of the stomach area is killing me. I believe it's swollen or something. That me bethe spleen or liver.
