6 days ago I awoke in the morning noticing small group of itchy bites on my right butt (-thought hungry mosquito got me during night). Next day after mowing lawn noticed 3 or 4 scattered, tiny raised pink bumps/bites ? just in front of my right armpit-but they were not itchy...within 24 hrs. gradually there were more of same pink bumps on my knees, thighs, back & trunk. & soon the ones on my back started to itch-followed slowly by the others. Took Benadryl tabs evry 4 hrs., then only 1/X day & Gold Bond medicated ointment for the itch-when it occurs. Sounds so much like a few other things--I just have to ask if any heath experts out there could tell me what is going on & how to heal it ??? Please ?

check with your doc to see if you might have scabies.  they break out in the areas you describe and really start itching at night.

crgiogia... sounds like you may have an excellant idea there. Not that I WANT to toss my expensive Temper-Pedic mattress(!), but the fact that "bedbugs" were the furthest thing from my mind, as a cause ! We had only returned from a mini-vacation 3 days prior to this happening, too.
I think I will check into this further...thanks so much for a new idea (-hope it's NOT what I have to deal with--but I'd rather know, if you know what I mean).
