Fluid in lung phnomneah long time to get over ?

Hi guys I recently went to docs 6 weeks ago with sore throat , but was dismissed went back 1 week later had x rat discovered fluid in long , was given 2 course antibiotic but didn’t start to feel better until last few days of coarse it’s been 6 week plus now and I’m still haveing a dry cough and irritated throat , I’ve had blood test including HIV etc n x Ray all negative although slight white blood cell high but I have no spleen as well which can cause this has anyone else had a phnomoiah like flu to take soling to get over or can suggest anything ??

Years ago I had coughs that lasted this long and just had to wait it out, so you might be ok in time. Keep in touch with your doc if you want a diagnosis though, because no one can do that from here.

Keep drinking water is always my way to release from a cough.
